Infinite Soup was born in California in 2025 out of a deep desire to play, to enjoy ourselves, to explore, and to embrace emotions through art and creation. Humans and dogs who travel, grow, and learn through endless adventures.

Life, and its long winding paths.

As a company, our aim is to explore an alternative and experimental contemporary scenic language that brings together physical theatre as our main means of expression, in dialogue with soundscapes and visual arts, from an artisanal, retro, and eco-sustainable aesthetic.

Soup is a universal dish, present in every culture around the world. It welcomes any ingredient, extracts its essence, and transforms it. Soup is delicious and creative; it is, simply infinite.

The Team

Pía Nicoletti (March 19th, 1989, Buenos Aires, Argentina)

I entered into the world of theatre at the age of nine at the Enrique Santos Discépolo Cultural Center in Buenos Aires, Argentina… home.

At sixteen, I moved to Europe with my family, where I studied Physical Theatre at the Escola Superior de Arte Dramática de Galicia in Spain… home. I hitchhiked around the world with a backpack and no money. I traveled alone and accompanied. I traveled.

After completing my degree, I co-founded my own company, Inherente Teatro, together with two colleagues, and became part of several professional theatre companies in Galicia, including ButacaZero and Aporía Escénica. During this time, I also developed my career as a teacher of theatre, dance, and aerial silks. I began my shamanic journey through Native Mexican ceremonies such as the Temazcal and plant medicine.

In 2022, I was awarded a Fulbright Grant for my research project in Physical Theatre. That year, as part of my research, I completed the Professional Training Program (PTP) at Dell’Arte International in Blue Lake, California… home. I deconstructed my being…

After a year living and learning in Mexico, I created πr² together with Borja Carvajal—my family. This work is the main project of the nomadic theatre company Infinite Soup.

Artistic Dossier

Borja Carvajal (July 10th, 1982, Vigo, España)

Traveler and entrepreneur. Originally from the Rías Baixas region (Galicia, Spain), I graduated in Biology from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain). After graduating, I worked as a research technician in the university’s ecotoxicology department while completing a Master’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources.

In 2010, I discovered one of my great passions: agroecology. I left everything behind and moved to Canada to work on organic farms. After two years traveling through Canada, Mexico, and the United States, I returned home to Galicia and founded the AgroEcolóxica Toma de Terra Association, a project I developed for one year.

My interest in artisanal production led me, in 2015, to create my own natural beer brand, Vacaloura Brewing Company. The brewery soon opened the door to multiple collaborations, which resulted in the creation of venues such as Brewing Records (Vigo, Spain), participation in festivals like MinhoReggae Sunsplash, and a wide range of events and activities primarily linked to music and culture. I am also an active member of the radio program La Madriguera Roots & Dub.

After the COVID pandemic in 2020, I once again left everything behind to begin a new journey—this time alongside Pía Nicoletti. A journey both physical and spiritual, one of self-discovery, which ultimately gave rise to this artistic space known as Infinite Soup.

Catalina Nicoletti (May 9th, 2003, Buenos Aires, Argentina)

I was born in Argentina but raised in Barcelona. I consider myself highly creative and passionate about the visual arts. From a very young age, and almost entirely self-taught, I've explored various techniques in sewing, illustration, jewelry making, 3D printing, modeling, professional pastry making, and more. My great sensitivity, attention to detail, and innate abilities perfectly define my artistic work. After graduating from high school, I looked for academic options that would satisfy my interests, but after a couple of years, I decided to embark on a journey. I wanted to break free from routine and my comfort zone to discover new techniques and learn other skills. The goal: to eliminate creative limitations.
